I currently manage a team of 70+ people in Center of Excellence that are focused on product program execution, PMO project's related to Navistar 4.0 initiatives related to supplier exits/supplier footprint, procurement should-be costing, process/systems, tools, shared services, and supplier readiness team.

• Led a 25-person team to develop overall vehicle packaging strategy, define route & clip strategy, ensure designs meet Navistar clearance standards, and deliver serviceability strategy.• Coordinate executive presentations to showcase vehicle architecture monthly updates.• Manage 10 Mahindra Engineering Services engineers to complete monthly work requests for vehicle packaging studies, body builder book illustrations, and marketing requests.• Update component interface requirements, route & clip standards, and serviceability standards to meet latest customer requirements.• Created and delivered vehicle packaging for 2013 MaxxForce 13L/570 and 2013 Cummins ISX/ISB SCR systems in all Navistar vehicle platforms.• Developed new tools for improved design integration such as Virtual Bill of Material, Architecture Reviews, Chassis Configuration Diagrams, and Virtual Builds.• Built engineering bucks to prove out design concept feasibility, then transferred them to manufacturing plants to be used as training bucks.

Led a cross-functional team of engineers in Powertrain/Vehicle to diagnose performance issues with cab heater system, identify engineering solutions, develop test plans, validate solutions meet vehicle performance for defrost and cab heat. I also communicated fuel economy data for top 10 customers, including vehicle performance issues/concerns with FE SWAT team. Coordinated with engine calibration team and field test to validate fuel economy improvements for 2010 MaxxForce engines in ProStar.
