About Timothy Gilbert

My experiences in Customer Service, Training and Sales gives me the ability to be very adaptive with all aspects for customers. The key to any business that wants to thrive is to be able to listen, understand and provide exceptional customer service. Without customers no business is able to survive and without exceptional customer service no business is able to thrive. My role as a Technical Trainer for McKesson Pharmacy Systems taught me many things but the greatest is how to adapt to be able to help different customers. My role as Account Manager has given me the ability to try to provide a greater customer service experience for our customers along with being able to provide services or products that meet their needs to better their business. In short I am able to adapt and learn very easily with the knowledge of knowing that what I am really doing is providing customer service with those skills.
