Most recently, as Executive Leader of the Energy Utilities team at KPMG, I generated $150M in engagement revenues across 15 new accounts, delivering CIO advisory and Service Now technology solutions to industry-leading clients in energy, retail, and manufacturing. Before that, I established The North Highland Companies’ Charlotte office, which has grown to a $500M operation and a talented 150+ workforce. I also conceptualized and grew a professional services firm, Marshall Consulting, to revenues of $5M+, including designing its business model centered around the delivery of GIS software implementation and training. As a first-generation college graduate who built my success from the ground up, I am committed to empowering rising talent and business ventures with the tools, strategy, and belief that they can also succeed in their industry.
