I currently work 30 Hours a week, Tuesday to Friday. I work with clients to help them overcome their mental health problems. My work is client focussed, thinking of the Rethink Goal of "Help When You Need It". I start with an initial referral assessment. With guidance and support from me the client decides what they need help with. A client goal will help.

• Relevant referrals to the Chief Medical Officer, Consulting Occupational Therapist and Psychiatric Nurse.
