I have 21 years of law enforcement experience in different capacity. I currently serve in a mid management role as a sergeant and supervise 89 officers. My current responsibilities include maintaining the safety of students and teachers in the Rutherford County School system. I serve as a School Resource Officer and am tasked with teaching a law related curriculum, maintaining law and order within the county investigating crimes committed and being a counselor to those in need. Our county services approximately 60,000 students and staff. I run the undercover alcohol buys in the county and am knowledgeable of the techniques used for undercover operations. I create yearly budget proposals and personally oversee a budget of approximately $600,000.
