Partnered with New Mexico business line to restructure leadership leveling to support a single district manager and three Hub managers. This allowed for more leadership opportunities within the region and added succession strategies during attrition resulting in a cost savings of $50K. Managed vendor-based courier service for U.S. Bank’s entire New Mexico and Idaho footprint, ensuring paper mail is delivered to all branch sites. Manage the couriers for the footprint. Address problems, answer questions and concerns, solve route issues, monitor routes, ensure U.S. Bank maintains compliant. 55 branches in New Mexico and 100 branches in Idaho.Cleaned up Cosmos access and roles for compliance purposes ensuring couriers assigned to routes are correct.Formulated courier routes to maximize time efficiency and cost effectiveness. Map courier routes through Mapoint; include real-time traffic and construct route sheets. Utilize time effectiveness so that multiple routes run all at once. 95% - 100% rate for on time reporting.Proposed and implemented route changes for California and Idaho routes to save the organization $10,000 in monthly vendor expenses.Conducted tracking of all routes to ensure vendor compliance including driver compliance with GPS tracking to ensure no breaches of contract.Managed Fiserv Trackpoint application to track all U.S. Bank courier routes and department deliveries.
