Worked within the Real Estate industry since 2007 and now retain a Director role within CBRE's Valuation Advisory department. Specialise in the management and co-ordination of large multi-sector portfolio valuations, working closely with the firm's regional office network. In particular I have been involved with the co-ordination and valuation of a number of non-performing loan book sales / acquisitions including the purchase of Project Henrico by Cerberus.Other core skills and expertise include the provision of loan security red book valuations for the major lending houses as well as new debt providers (private equity), working closely with relationship managers, lawyers and other professionals during the due diligence process, providing insightful analysis and advice through a range of reporting formats.Further experiences include;- Valuation advice for property companies and small funds during acquisitions and disposals.- Regular accounting valuations (quarterly and bi-annually). I work closely with the other CBRE departments including Capital Markets, Agency, Lease Advisory, Planning and Building Consultancy in order to provide market leading advice.
