My career focus has been the development and deployment of software solutions. As a Technical Lead at Boeing Information Technology, I directed a team of 20 engineers and computer scientists and was responsible for the software solution that went from a lab evaluation to the production manufacturing planning solution for the 787 program. At Boeing, in the past two years, I have been responsible for LEAN savings initiatives that have resulted in excess of two million dollars of savings. Previously, I worked with Boeing and vendors to define requirements for a next-generation Numerical Control (NC) programming software. My first assignment at Boeing was the creation of an automated NC programming solution using artificial intelligence. Other work experience included working for an Internet startup that offered a complete software solution for companies looking to sell goods on the internet. Throughout my career I have actively developed software development skills by serving as a JAVA instructor. Most recently I have developed an assortment of Android applications that include a searchable database for collectibles, a productivity tool for tracking action items, and even a few game applications.
