As Operations Manager I am work very hard to create a organized and proficient work environment that insures the success of our Project Managers, projects, and the business as a whole, while providing a high quality of work for the our clients in a timely manner. I use all of my past experience from being a helper to running my own business to constantly improve all aspects of the operations process. As I manage our operations team I'm always looking for ways that we can improve to make everything run smoothly which in turn helps everyone else on our team improve and provides a much more pleasant experience for our clients.

As a project manager I oversaw and managed field team(s) to ensure that the quality of work meetsand exceeds internal standards. This included company employees, picking andchoosing sub-contractors for each trade. I also worked with homeowner to ensure that they were getting exactly what they wanted from their project. I also helped homeowners make decisions and informed them on past experiences with certain products and designs. I negotiated with sub contractors to get the best price and quality of work to insure that my project was completed correctly, under budget, and in a timely manner. It was also my responsible the insure that anything that was needed to keep the job running smoothy was onsite and available.

In January 2016 I launched ABZ Construction. Utilizing my more than 20 years of experience. We specialized in all facets of master carpentry with a specific focus on framing. In four years we consistently increased revenue more than 25% per annum.

Starting as a carpentry apprentice in the year 2000. I studied and learned with a team of master carpenters with over 120 years combined experience.Working all over the southeast on a variety of projects; Culminating in the supervision of a 3/4 of a million square foot exterior project in the newly developed Westside Provisions district in Atlanta GA.
