Developed the world’s first Naturland certified organic tropical marine fin fish aquaculture project farming tropical rock lobsters, green mussels, barramundi, and red snapper. This is a leading example of an integrated, multi-trophic aquaculture project in Singapore and South East Asia. Developer and consultant for Aquaculture Improvement Projects (AIPs) with the outcome being certification of the farm to organic aquaculture, Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC), and Friend of the Sea (FOS) standards.Developer and manager of Fishery Improvement Projects (FIPs) in South East Asian countries including blue swimming crab fisheries in Indonesia and Philippines and mahi mahi fisheries in Indonesia. In addition to owning a fish farm, and developing AIPs and FIPs, have worked to develop and expand markets for certified organic and certified sustainable seafood products in Asia. Imports and distributes seafood products into Singapore and cultivates biofloc shrimp in a self-created, high density, urban farming system.
