I had many responsibilities during my time at Flagg Rv Center. I began in the service department detailing all sizes of recreational vehicles after purchase. Within a year, I was moved to the On-Site coordinator position. In which I was assigned to deal with customers who had their RV on a seasonal site and did not have the capability to bring it back to us for service. In this role I worked with customers in diagnostics and scheduling. I also ordered parts, submitted warranty paperwork, Closed service claims through the manufacturer and through our finance department. Within about a year I was moved to a sales associate. I began selling anything from a $5,000 pop-up trailer to a $75,000 fifth wheel. After a couple years I was tasked with opening an additional sales office on the property in which we began selling motor homes. We had an estimated $1,000,000 in motorhome product on site at that location alone. I was also tasked with taking pictures for the website and individual sales and instructional videos on each individual product. I searched leads, met and negotiated with regional product managers, as well as acted as a sales associate during this time.
