In addition to the normal experiences Army officers get leading large organizations in complex environments, I had the privilege of working all over the world with more than 40 different nations, in the Pentagon with top military leaders, and on Capitol Hill with US Senators. I conducted strategic planning both in Iraq and designing the future US Army.
