Led the design of the Army’s Title 10 Wargame series of experimentation, the Future Study Program (formerly Unified Quest), which analyzed future threats to national security, refined operational concepts, and identified both capability gaps and integrated solutions for Army future force development.- Designed and led the Army’s first fully-distributed wargame, the Calibrated Force Posture Experiment, where participants from across the Army Modernization Enterprise participated from home while teleworking during the COVID-19 pandemic, exceeding the event’s learning objectives.- Served as the Project Manager for 6 major Army-wide wargames with joint and interagency participation. Led the Army’s largest division-level plans & regional engagement program for an 11,000 person forward-based Army division operating across the Asia-Pacific region. Orchestrated all strategies, plans, regional engagements and exercises for a portfolio of 43 projects spanning 12 nations across the Pacific. - Developed the unit’s first Pacific-focused strategy in over a decade, codifying projects and tying them to resourcing, serving as the Army’s largest part of the US strategic rebalance to the Pacific. - Managed planning and execution of the first, and three subsequent, Pacific Pathways – a $34.5 million mission set involving 3,000 people – supervising planning conferences, site recons, resource management, monitoring and controlling of exercise execution, and lessons learned consolidation. - Organized the Division’s role in 39 multinational exercises; leading participation in the Joint Exercise Life Cycle process, designing exercise scenarios, and serving in both exercise control and friendly-force capacities during exercise execution. - Improved the organization’s and United States’ relationship with regional Allies in the Pacific through development of country strategic plans, and detailed coordination and execution of over 250 engagements with multinational partners. - Increased organizational efficiencies by identifying process gaps and administering development of a series of standard operating procedures, many of which received accolades as best practices and were adopted by other divisions across the Army.
