I have a strong investigative background and I have investigated and directed uniformed personnel in some of the most sensitive investigations. Examples include officer involved shootings and internal investigations. Day-to-day supervision of field operations and personnel; provide expectations, motivation and counseling/mentoring, complete performance appraisals, complete internal investigations, review written reports, assigned as a mentor for new sergeants, Equal Employment Opportunity(EEO) counselor, Explorer Post supervisor, coordinate efforts at major incidents (Incident/Unified Command responsibilities) and perform a myriad of Administrative Sergeant duties. Lead investigator assigned to a Critical Incident Investigation Team (CIIT), Honor Guard, Special Response Team (SRT), Impaired Driver Task Force (IDTF) and assigned as a Sergeant for Protective Services Detail (PSD).
