Bow Valley resident since 1996 currently working with non-profit environmental non-governmental organizations, focusing on advancing the protection and connectivity of landscapes in the Yellowstone to Yukon region, and volunteer engagement for recreational trail stewardship projects in Kananaskis Country.During my time in the Bow Valley, I've been fortunate to have had opportunities to work with some exceptional brands and products in the travel & tourism industry in the Canadian Rockies, and in outdoor retail as store manager for Patagonia Banff and corporate operations leader for Patagonia Calgary/Banff/Victoria. My 12+ years working in the Banff-Lake Louise tourism industry and promoting the Canadian Rockies has given me many years worth of customer service, communication and organizational skills. I've had the opportunity to lead team members in operational and sales roles, as well as deliver front-line guest service to Banff's visitors and locals. These experiences allowed me to successfully transition into managing an outdoor retail store from day 1 of operation for a brand that exemplifies the best of the best in inspired, quality and ethically-made apparel for outdoor adventures & lifestyles. I find inspiration in the outdoors and my passion for the Bow Valley and the Canadian Rockies has driven my success in all my work.
