-Led 10 junior electricians and 1 senior electrical supervisor in the maintenance and operation of shipboard 60Hz and 400Hz electrical distribution systems to include generators and static frequency converters.-Managed 2 maintenance work centers in the preventative and corrective maintenance of over 1000 pieces of equipment to include generators, static frequency converters, main propulsion pumps and motors, shipboard lighting, galley equipment and various other shipboard auxiliaries.-Coordinated over $5M in total repairs throughout the ship prior to and during deployment, eliminating the need to conduct emergent and expensive repairs while OCONUS. Coordinated a multi-million dollar electrical system upgrade after CARTER HALL entered dry dock in January 2014 for a planned Extended Drydock Planned Maintenance Availability.-Responsible for coordinating professional military and electrical training to division members, resulting in the advancement of 6 personnel, including 1 chief petty officer.-Served as the ship's Electrical Safety Officer and was responsible for crew training regarding safe personal electronics use and proper operation and maintenance of installed electrical equipment.

-Managed and supervised 15 junior personnel and one senior supervisor in the daily operations of a non-AEGIS combat suite. -Lead navigational team in monitoring of ship and small craft movements during high risk transits. -Planned shipboard underway events through coordination with shore facilities and training support elements.
