🧑‍💻 Workshop & Site Developer

Obtained highly transferable skills through youth STEM Outreach and Science Communication.Designed, developed, and executed a “Game Design” summer camp for youth in grades 7 - 9 to introduce computer science-oriented concepts including basic C programming, unique game development, sprite creation, and usage of game engines. Campers completed the camp understanding concepts overviewed with published self-made games on “GameSalad Arcade”.Modeled and presented “Be Your Cell-F” workshop to elementary schools in the Guelph area, reviewing cell types, differences, and taxonomic relations between unique organisms.Guided youth ranging from grades 2-9 through week-long STEM summer camps designed by coworkers and myself to effectively engage children to learn while in a safe environment.
