As Managing Director at FTI Technology responsible for the building the North American and Canadian practices areas, Mr. Klinger develops business strategies that serve the electronic discovery needs unique to the US Government and Canadian markets. Managed marketing venues on limited budgets, including selecting and attending industry trade shows, establishing relationships with press liaisons and PR firms, developed marketing and sales collateral. Lead prospects through sales cycles: identified quality prospects, co-authored or authored numerous proposals, provided product demonstrations, closed sales, negotiated contracts for government, law firm and corporate clients.

Software included standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office; WordPerfect; Lotus Notes, iManage, Groupwise, Metzphones, as well as document review platforms, such as Ringtail and Summation.
