I'm responsible for developing and managing Rockline’s Global supply strategy chemicals and for managing all aspects of our strategic supplier relationships. With direct responsibilities in North America while understanding the retail markets and consumer product preferences for our finished goods in both Europe and North America, as well business strategies. My objective is to obtain the best net value by evaluating the global market and optimizing the supply chain. In order to do so effectively I develop complex and dynamic supply strategies which align with long term business objectives. To facilitate this process I conduct supplier analysis, lead cross functional groups to evaluate and determine new suppliers, manage the overall qualification process, develop strategic sourcing plans, and evaluate supplier performance.
