I was integral to the post-acquisition integration process, merging the companies’ management, sales, and field service teams and operational systems. In May 2017, I informed the board that I would be stepping down at the conclusion of my initial three-year employment agreement.As the principal executive officer for the company, I reported to the Chairman of the Board of CSI Compressco General Partner (CCGP) and the President and CEO of TETRA Technologies, Inc., CCGP’s parent company.
