I have introduced automation to a B2C company, increasing their customer retention rate by 40%. I have co-owned the creation and launch of marketing automation services for a marketing agency within the Staffing Industry. I have retooled automation efforts and CRM processes for a marketing agency within the Fitness Industry, increasing customer satisfaction and ROI. I have worked face-to-face with clients in numerous roles, always looking to educate the client and enforce a strong partnership.My career began at Bear Paddle Swim School, where I was hired on as a Marketing, Graphic Design, & Social Media Coordinator. My role spanned across all elements of digital marketing, such as PPC, social media management, graphic design, live chat management, event coordination, and marketing automation. This role allowed me to become a well-rounded marketer with experience and understanding of the different elements and how they interact with one another. Following a COVID-19 furlough, I spent a year at Dealer eProcess, where I was quickly promoted from Junior Marketing Specialist to Digital Marketing Specialist. I managed a portfolio of 40 car dealerships nationwide, consulting and running their PPC ads across Google, Facebook, Bing and Waze.I got the opportunity to join the Haley Marketing Group as a marketing automation specialist, where I worked alongside the CMO to launch their Marketing Automation Service for their staffing clients. After launch, I consulted with our clients on a biweekly basis, discussing strategy, data analysis, and relationship building. I most recently worked at GymBoom, where I joined as a Marketing Automation Specialist. This role evolved a ton over time, leading me to being the sole owner and manager of our white-label CRM for more than 100+ Anytime Fitness clients.As you can see, I fell in love with marketing automation and knew this was the career path I wanted to focus on. Marketing automation is largely working in the backend, but without strong workflows, intelligent CRM management and strategies, leads will go into the abyss. When working directly with clients, I am very passionate about finding the "gaps" in their entire sales process. From there, providing context into decisions is extremely important.
