I ensure customer expectations are met by matching their requirements to Mustang's capabilities. I position our drivers to work efficiently by ensuring they start each day with the information and equipment they need to get the job done. I also provide immediate support and direction when unexpected situations arise, keeping the fleet flexible and effective on the road.

I manage all aspects of Mustang Expediting's relationship with my assigned customers. I am the primary point of contact, both for my assigned customers and for drivers dispatched to serve them. I develop relationships to better understand customer needs, and leverage that understanding to tailor work orders to fit their specific requirements. I am also actively involved in all quoting, billing and training on the accounts I manage.

Served as the all-in-one inventory management specialist, logistics coordinator, and shipping and receiving and receiving manager for one account at Mustang Expediting. In this role, I began as a warehouse picker and gradually took over all aspects of warehousing and logistics for one account.Significant contributions in this area include improvements to existing standard operating procedures for shipping and receiving, as well as the creation of user guides for inventory management and 3rd party logistics systems.
