Designed and developed a configuration program that installs and configures multiple Sybase SQL servers and client products using a unified code base. This configuration program installs and configures an application that uses Sybase as a core technology as a server side application to a client side application or as a standalone application. This installation program was developed using InstallShield and has custom C++ components to configure all necessary networking protocols and installs a JVM if needed.

Managed the development process and coding architecture for Zoom's DSL family of products. This included unifying the many product lines of code into a single source base. Documented and developed a source control system for Zoom’s product line. This process outlines the work flow and procedures used by Zoom to deliver an end product to the customer.

Developed marketing requirements for ATG’s installation process for the international market. Developed and released a product installation program for the Japanese and Korean markets. This installation program configured the necessary components to run ATG’s Dynamo web server, Application Server, and Personalization server. Enhanced the automated build process to handle internationalization. The installation process also configured a MySQL database and populated data via SQL scripts. Worked with CVS and Perforce as the source control systems. Monitored ATG's automated release process to ensure successful nightly builds. Worked with Management in other departments to meet requirements for the build system, release and installation process. Worked closely with the database team to ensure all supported RDBMS ie Oracle, DB2, Microsoft SQL server were configured and fully functional during the installation process.
