About Timothy Lee

I have been involved with medical research instrument industry over 20 years. Established the US division of Moor Instruments, a UK manufacturer, in 1994. The company is the leading manufacturer on laser Doppler equipment for measuring and imaging blood flow in the microcirculation in both preclinical and clinical research. Joined a BioSpherix in 2005 to develop both domestic and international business in predominantly the cancer, stem cell and cell therapy markets. Increased revenue over 5 fold over 9 years. I specialized in closed incubation systems which were used as alternatives to open, expensive cGMP cleanroom facilities saving massive amounts of money, time and risk while producing a more consistent and hopefully more viable product for cell therapy. While at CESCA Therapeutics directed the global sales team to maintain the existing cord blood processing and cryopreservation market and develop new markets for their clinical point-of-care devices for autologous stem cell therapies.At SelectScience, the leading on-line publishing and content marketing serving the needs of global scientific communities, I managed new global business development.At Brooks Life Science Systems at I was responsible for business development and sales for the cryogenic devices in the Western USA.Now back at BioSpherix leading business development and sales for the GMP business.
