At UTSA I would handle the computer lab. Stations would be my responsibility, That each station is running well. Helping students with computer and software questions. Often I would be helping students with Microsoft word or helping them get there computer running faster. Making sure that all equipment from computer stations to printers was my main focus. This was my first job working with a ticketing systems.
