I worked in the underground tunnel fabricating and installing most of high temp pipes up to 12 inch schedule 80. I used high low guages to make our fits. ALL FITS WERE X RAYED . I HAD ZERO FAILURES! I installed calcium carbonated slides, glides and anchors. I was put in charge of running a small man crew to pipe in the 2nd and 3rd floors. We ran 4 inch chilled beam supply and return lines. Burned in most of thread o lets for the copper tie ins. I helped install 10 variuos sized pipes in riser shafts that totaled about 1000 feet of vertical pipe. I also did some copper work like sweting and propress on chilled beam side. I am currently in mechanical room doing high temp tunnel tie ins to vertical riser shafts on heat side. I was also on the Federal post office facility vehicle maintanance job in downtown Baltimore doing screw pipe up to 2" . This facility has over 3000 feet of pipe for its mechanics. Which include automatic transmission fluid, winshield wiper fluid, various weight motor oils and compressed air systems.

building johnson controls new facility in york pa. This job IS where they will build and test chillers that go in all the new navy vessels, I help install all of the 32 inch vitaulic pipeon this job, I swung and erected most of the steel in the building and up on roof to secure smoke stacks and gas block vents, I installed most of the 30 or so armstrong pumps that run the testing facility. I have upwards to 300 plus hours on acetelyne torch work fabricating various sized pipe stanches/supports going to all testing pumps. I did most of a LP gas lines going to the cup. I also piped in the 12 and 14 inch pipes that are in the final testing rooms . i did the smaller dimeter pipes that feed the 32 large 10 x 12 coils used to cool the new chillers.

I fit and piped in 3 and 4 inch stainless sanitary tubing .I piped in 3/4 inch copper air lines.BARRY CALLEBAUT-I piped 4 inch schedule 80 pvc drain lines and installed sump pumps for that project in the chocolate factory. I installed new 8 inch duct work for fresh air system. I ran 3 inch sch 80 screw pipe for new melter system. I fabricated and installed new stainless pipe for new conveyor system. I cut in new valves and installed new piping for melter tanks. I helped change out various sizes screws that move product from pump to overhead conveyor belts. I installed several different motors, pumps and bearings too. I installed 200 feet 3" sch 40 screw pipe with valves for new device in processing room.PURATOS- I piped in a temporary boiler for shutdown which included setting portable boiler outside, punching holes in outside wall for steam, condensate,city water and drain lines. I ran various sizes of stainless steel sanitary tubing for new holding tanks. I aided crew from Germany with installation of mechanical motors in elevator chases. I installed and fixed safety cages surrounding elevators. I ran 3inch air line header for new equipment. SUNOPTNA- I was in charge of running 180 feet of 24" Victaulic pipe. We added new pipe to bolier for new system install which included carbon steel pipe sizes from 6", 8",10" and 12". I installed all pipe anchors and guides along with copper lines for soft water system. I installed new larger blowdown tank to accommodate larger systems needs.ARYZTA- I was lead man on job for millwright work including preventive maintenance task on plumbing,panners, proofers&starter room tanks,I worked on replacing hytrol&capway conveyor belts,motors, bearings,gears,chains,screws&rollers

We built 2 tank farms @ croda site. We erected steel structures to enclose tank farm vessles. Piped in 2 inch sch 80 pipe. Piped in sch 10 stainless process pipe for product. I was also involved in the underground piping job for the university of Delaware. That consist on 2000 inches of welds. We ran 6 inch sch 160 condensate and 10 inch sch 80 steam pipe . I did all of the foam richwell insulation on underground pipe and We piped in 6 manways to tie them all together. I was trained in trenching, confined space, scaffolding , personla fall protection, safety tripod persinal removal and how to use and read air monitoring devices. I also dug footers for a 125 ton gantry crane in the shop, I used pnematic tampers to pack soil for crane footers. I also worked at the pampers baby wipes facilities in dover delaware. We demo an old facility and installed a new high speed line... I got a chance to use a hover jack to move equipment to and from job. I worked praxair shutdown removing all PRESSURE RELEIF VALVES (PRV). I got a chance to use torq multiplier. I used crane to Remove and istall inkanel fire ring for burner system. I removed 1 ton manway covers for inspection and preventive maintenance. I fabricated burper hold down trays for smoke stacks

I installed duct work with tin knockers on the weekends.We ran all large diameter pipe in basement for boilers and chillers.
