Review files on a periodic basis to determine accuracy, completeness and if required, issue directives for further investigation, evaluation, negotiation, contributions from other parties, subrogation, arbitration and/or contact with legal channels. Monitor the accuracy, completeness and the appropriateness of billings when reviewing claim files. Review reserve recommendations and adjust if needed. Assist in the preparation of claim reviews and participate periodically. Assist in the training of new Claim Team Managers. Monitor workplace & work practices to ensure safe office environment and make recommendations and/or changes as necessary. Ensure staff is in compliance with internal large loss reporting guidelines
