My primary job duties involve maintenance group leader on 2nd shift. Supervise the skilled trades in various areas. Directing root cause analysis and safety requirements for different operations of the manufacturing process from dimensional setting tooling, to automated transfer equipment(robotic, conveyors and lift/ carry transfers). Follow preventative maintenance repair status along with repairs of required during a break down of the above equipment. Also direct the various trades to achieve through put and quality.Previous duties here at the GM FairFax plant was dimensional engineer which included the monitoring of the dimensional build of the Chevy Malibu in all phases of production. This included making adjustments to the assembly tooling in order maintain quality while meeting through put requirements.

Along with my job at GM I also work as a driver for Road Runner out of Americas Auto Auction. I pick up cars from dealerships and deliver to the auction house. Also deliver the purchased vehicles to the dealership that bought them at the auction. Also drive the vehicles in and out of the auction bay

Installation support, trouble shooting build issues and thru put issues on the plant floor. In the office I worked on cls sheets, operator sequence using sts/mode program, system sequencing using sdp programing.

Licensed real estate sales agent. License is current and presently being held in the Real Estate One holding company.

Job responsibilities are the overseeing of the daily operations of the equipment used in the processing of used plastic into a reusable raw material. This included the managing of manpower, scheduling daily repairs, scheduling the rebuilding of worn out equipment, scheduling outside vendor projects, ordering of needed supplies and resolving/eliminating safety issues. Equipment used consisted of various length belt conveyors, various sizes of screw conveyors, wash tanks, dryers, shredders, gear boxes, pumps and air transfer. Showed the ability to work with production personnel and outside vendors to maintain the running of the facility.

Job responsibilities are the supervising of assembly tooling from installation through production for three different model years in FairFax Assembly, Kansas. The equipment covered is for the complete underbody consisting of the motor compartment, floor pan and the rear compartment. Required line of work is: overseeing the installation of the new equipment, trouble shooting problems to obtain proper functionality, resolving process and cycle time issues, resolving down time issues and improving the quality of the final assemblies on the plant floor. This required utilizing various trades and vendors on multiple lines.

Job responsibilities were the overseeing of fabrication tooling from start-up through production for the GMX001(Cobalt) in Lordstown, Ohio. The assembly lines covered are: underbody, motor compartment, closures and body in white final. Required line of work is: overseeing the proper functionality of equipment, resolving cycle time issues, resolving and recording down time issues and quality of the assemblies on the plant floor. Demonstrated the ability to work on multiple lines at the same time with various trades and vendors.
