My responsibilities are to train the team leads on effective and efficient management techniques, and how to set all of the new Plan-O-Grams and the most time saving steps to take. I also train new hires to be productive and successful merchandisers. It is during these training that I will also evaluate these employees on their skills, performance, paying attention to details, dress code, willingness to learn and listen, as well as their overall ability to successfully complete their work and comply to company standards. I run a tight ship. I currently have over 100 employees in my area.

I was a team member on an 8 person team, implementing Plan-O-Grams to bring each store of the 12 stores assigned to our team up to corporate expectations. This is an ongoing task. Accuracy and customer service are considered high priority, as well as a shining personality and attitude.
