I have over 18 years of construction, industrial, infrastructure, and mining experience (both in the public and private sectors.) I am currently working as a project controller for Hatch, managing both CAPEX and internal Hatch EPCM project budgets. My controls responsibilities include trend/change management, earned value/progress tracking, budget/forecast management, invoicing, and schedule coordination. I am proficient in various project management tools including SAP. Prior to completing my Masters in Engineering Management, I was the lead EH&S manager for Hatch’s USA operations and projects.I was responsible for the implementation of the Hatch EHS Management System on USA based projects and sites. I also assisted, supported, and audited projects Globally for Hatch.I have worked at both a facility management level and in a corporate role; in which I helped solve Health and Safety issues for a variety of facilities. Prior to joining Hatch I was a consultant with Environmental Resources Management focusing on the development of the Health and Safety practice and on EHS Management for clients that were in need of an EHS Manager. I also spent three years with Alcoa at their Technical and Corporate Center and eventually transferred to Torrance, CA as an H&S Engineer. While at Alcoa Fastening's Torrance Facility I managed all the H&S Programs at the facility including the site's radiation program.
