Responsible for the development, administration and implementation of the Chemical, Biological, Nuclear, and High-Explosive (CBRNE) Defense/Emergency Management programs at Scott Air Force Base. Provides oversight of exercise evaluation program to test the installations ability to respond and recover from Major Accidents, Natural Disasters, and terrorist use of CBRNE. Develop goals and objectives, integrating organization and Readiness objectives. Establish, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of executive management as well as outside agencies such as FEMA, FBI, and State, County, and Local municipalities.
