I am a Water Resources Engineer with a background in nutrient dynamics in karst agroecosystems, industrial automation, pumping and conveyance, fluid power and hydraulic design, and account management. My bachelors degree is in Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering with a focus in Machine Systems Automation for agricultural and industrial applications. I spent several years with Blue Tank and Pump Rental, LLC./PECCO, Inc. as a sales and applications engineer before moving to Kaman Fluid Power, LLC. to assume a role as an account manager. After some time with Kaman and growing as a SCUBA diver, I decided to pursue a change in focus to Water Resources with the hope of connecting my career with my love for water.In my free time I am an avid SCUBA diver, with several high-level certifications including assistant instructor, divemaster, and technical diver (tec40). This passion allows me to combine my love for technical, hands-on planning and application with my interest in water to experience much more than the terrestrial world. The thrill experienced when entering a 40+ year old shipwreck that has been completely overtaken with aquatic biota is an entirely unique experience I have not been able to achieve through any other activity. I also reached the rank of eagle scout at 13 which fostered a passion for exploring the outdoors and experiencing the environment.I love bringing fun into the workplace, something I practiced extensively as the college mascot while obtaining my bachelor’s degree. The energy received from a crowd of several thousand people screaming for the t-shirt worth a few dollars you are about to shoot out of an CO2 powered cannon is just as unique and exhilarating as dropping off the side of a dive boat to explore a German U-boat, sunk during WW2, that is the final resting place for her crew.
