I am responsible for the strategic vision, leadership, and management of all investigative and administrative activities within the eighty-two counties and two federal judicial districts comprising the state of Mississippi. I am the Tactical Commander of the HSI Southeastern Regional Special Response Team (SRST). The SRSRT area of responsibility covers nine states and four separate SAC offices.I am a principal and founding member of the Illicit Signals Investigative Program (ISIP) working group for the creation of a program of record and policy for illicit radio communications intercepts for the disruption and dismantlement of the Transnational Criminal Organizations (TCOs) that utilize this technology for nefarious activities.

In this role, I provided strategic leadership and oversight in the management of parole matters, combining my expertise in law enforcement with innovative problem-solving skills to enhance program efficiency.➥ Revolutionized the parole process by forging a strategic partnership with USCIS, saving the agency $1.2M and streamlining operations.➥ Initiated and led the Immigrant Military Member and Veterans Initiative (IMMVETS), enhancing service delivery and aligning with organizational goals.➥ Developed and implemented a comprehensive evaluation strategy for parole issuances, significantly improving the decision-making process and operational efficiency.➥ Successfully advocated for additional staffing, aligning with legislative requirements and ensuring the department's preparedness to meet future challenges.

In this influential position, I was entrusted with overseeing the comprehensive resettlement of Afghan refugees, a role that required exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration across multiple government and non-governmental entities.➥ Led the strategic planning and execution of the Safe Haven Ft. Pickett Afghani resettlement operation, managing a significant budget of $900M and coordinating with 18 diverse partners.➥ Successfully unified a workforce of over 1.2k personnel from various organizations, including the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of State, to achieve a common goal.➥ Implemented health and safety protocols including N95 and surgical mask requirements and social distancing measures, contributing to the control of COVID-19 spread and ensuring the safety of all involved in the resettlement process.➥ Developed and executed a systematic approach for the distribution of Employment Authorization Cards (EAD) to Afghan Evacuees (AEs), successfully issuing 3,462 EAD cards and enabling immediate employment opportunities for AEs upon resettlement.

I provided leadership and guidance for all investigative cases, operations, and administrative activities within the HSI programmatic areas within the southern 24 counties of Arkansas comprising the HSI Texarkana AOR.

Served as lead instructor for Entry Tactics for the HSI Special Agent Training Program. I was responsible for maintaining the training programs for entry tactics and defensive tactics. I led other instructors, as well as instructed new Special Agents entry tactics and defensive tactics. I am a Certified SRT Operator, Firearms Instructor, Defensive Tactics Instructor, and ICE Tactical EMT.

During my assignment to this duty station, I was assigned to the San Diego High Intensity Drug Traffic Area, Air and Marine Task Force (MTF) and the CARIT/ Op RoadKill group. Effectively enforced the Immigration and Nationality and Customs laws by conducting comprehensive, complex investigations, and prosecuted violators thereof. Conducted legal research and analyzed facts of cases to apply appropriate law. Prepared legally sufficient documentation in support of criminal arrest and search warrants. Safely conducted arrests of persons and seizures of property. Worked extensively with State, Local and other Federal Agencies to deliver case success. I served on the San Diego Special Response Team as an Operator, Firearms Instructor, Defensive Tactics Instructor, and Tactical Medic.

Served in both the Florida and Arizona Army National Guards, while assigned to the 221st EOD Company, Florida Army National Guard was responsible for; the proper storage and destruction of classified material and publications up to the level of top secret. Conducted range clearances, rendered safe procedures and or disposed of unexploded ordnance within Camp Blanding. During my employment with the 363rd EOD Company, Arizona Army National Guard; As the Nuclear, Biological and Chemical (NBC) NCO responsible for the NBC training, maintenance and safe guard of all NBC equipment and publications and the proper calibration of the equipment.Federally activated for the Iraqi war with 363rd EOD Co. . Responded to roadside IEDs, performing render safe and disposal procedures. Conducted and supervised enemy munitions cache removals and/ or destruction. Assisted in operating the Captured Ammunition Holding Area (CAHA) by providing technical expert information on the type by function, country origin and safe handling and proper storage of CAHA ordnance and weapons. Liaison for the local Iraqi Police Bomb Squad units within my area of responsibility. In this capacity, provided technical support and training, acquired EOD basic tools for the Iraqi Bomb Squad members use and rendered safe IEDs or munitions outside their capabilities. Conducted post-blast investigations of attacks on U.S. installations and personnel. Liaised with the other government agencies assigned to the Combined Explosive Exploitation Cell upon completion of post-blast investigations and provided technical information about the device and its trigger mechanism. I taught explosive breaching techniques to numerous infantry platoons operating in Iraqi.I completed the US Navy EOD School, US Navy EOD School, Advanced Access and Disablement Course, the FBI Post Blast Investigations course, and several specialized explosive entry trainings. I was awarded the Bronze Star Medal during this deployment.

As a Police Officer, I answered calls for service, responded to emergency situations; conducted misdemeanor and felony investigations. Processed crime scenes; interviewed witnesses and suspects involved criminal activities. A member of the Community Services Unit tasked with serving high risk arrest warrants, conducting surveillance and high risk entries.
