As the Director of Global Infrastructure, I am responsible for the Corporate Data Center, Corporate Disaster Recovery, WAN, LANs, Telephony, Videoconferencing, Corporate Back Ups, and the definition of standards for all computing equipment. I work in a team environment to recommend and deliver infrastructure components which enable more efficient business processes. I manage network analysts, server analysts and the corporate service desk function. I effectively communicate complex technical issues and solutions to the President and the executive management team.. The Director of Global Infrastructure partners with the CIO, business units, and functional leaders to enable integration of current systems as well as new acquisitions and mergers. The current global responsibility includes: 15 Asian, five Indian, ten European and 15 North American locations.
