Participated in the acquisition, entitlement, raising of equity capital, negotiations, financing, leasing and/or disposition of over $60.8 Million in transactions for a two-principal, investment and development firm.Contracted for purchase a 25-acre development parcel from a corporate user and then sold our contractual rights within one year for a $9 Million profit.Entitlement projects included 1) a 25-acre industrially-zoned land parcel approved by the City of Carlsbad, CA for 444,000 sq.ft. of improvements, and 2) a 3.72 acre parcel approved by the City of Santa Clara, CA & its Redevelopment Agency for a 280-room, convention-oriented hotel.Became proficient in several industry-related specialty software applications.

Directly responsible for the closing of over $111 Million in investment property transactions and consulting fees as a member of a two-person, boutique firm.Indirectly responsible for the marketing and closing of over $145.5 Million in investment property transactions working directly with the owner.Clients represented included institutions, foreign entities (specifically Canadian and Japanese clients), domestic entities and private individuals.
