Responsible for operation of Foreclosure, Late Stage and Charge Off Collection units to ensure individual and department key performance indicators are achieved. Manage six supervisors directly and 11 supervisors and 150 associates indirectly across three sites. Responsible for managing portfolios and dialer strategy of severely delinquent loans 60 days past due to Foreclosure. Focus on foreclosure prevention by offering optimal workout solutions including Making Home Affordable options. Assist with Due Diligence audits both internal and external. A member of the Outreach team to assist home owners face to face in community events. Work alongside Foreclosure Business Relationship Managers, outside counsel and Legal department to make business decisions on escalated and litigated cases. Execute personnel tasks such as hiring, performance reviews and policy & procedures. Train, develop and motivate employees with collection strategies and techniques. Handle escalated customer complaints, prepares/directs monthly reporting.
