Served as a product manager for Escrow and Specialized Agency services within Issuer Services. As a product manager, I was responsible for pricing and driving growth through increased client satisfaction, product development, increased sales focus on key product areas, increase sales by more focused client targeting, and more effective marketing materials and pitch books. Escrow and Specialized Agency services targets the following key product areas: Escrow and M&A services, Project Finance, Collateralized Reinsurance Trusts, and various other agency services.

Spent my first two years within the Securities and Fund Services COO office working primarily on large, institutional, multi-product and multi-regional deals (pricing, project management, sales support).Target clients were large traditional asset managers and hedge funds. Services include custody, fund administration, middle and back office services, etc.In my third year, I rotated to Citi Hedge Fund Services as a business analyst for Global Head of Citi Hedge Fund Services, concentrating on overall business management and profitability and the deployment of resources for product development and key client implementations.
