-Coordination of quarterly site visit to subcontractors with State contracts, with report-Submit subcontractor corrective action plans to Omni Vision PQI committee-Receiving and reviewing all utilization and review (length of stay) reports-Maintain records of all established contracts and/or subcontracts.-Compile program data including barriers to treatment regimens, services provided to clients, etc. and prepares reports in accordance with established reporting guidelines.-Review all Provider Policy Manual and DCS policy updates and educates subcontractors on compliance

-Partners with State and Federal Program representatives to develop and improve necessary forms and reports for access to grant funding-Responsible for administering all aspects of the grant, pre and post award-Provides ongoing training and technical assistance to agencies in order to build capacity on grant requirements -Assisted in planning annual conference, sponsorship
