Manage various accounts of individuals through contract agencies.• Establish, organize, maintain the kitchen, and inventory weekly.• Arranging the monthly agendas and distribute after every team meeting weekly.• Deal with constant interruptions. • Works with the team to drive results• Set up of six to eight food booths for Seattle’s midsummer Fourth of July event at gasworks park, staffing of upwards of 30 employees• Manage two food booths at Seattle famous food festival The Bite of Seattle, staffing 10 to 15 employees• Oversee the operational set up of numerous off- site kitchens, as well as manage wait staff for full- service catering events, anywhere from 200 to 450 ppl.
