• Perform a variety of money laundering detection related activities in support of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations designed to prevent financial-related crimes• Conduct final review from other analysts to ensure cases meet quality control framework prior to promoting to Bank• Identify potential PEP hits through Dow Jones (Factiva). Provide a thorough write-up to eliminate or identify potential name matches including providing the proper supporting documentation prior to escalation• Perform enhance due diligence for private banking clients and associated parties and businesses; Research related parties and notify the bank of any negative media found through Lexis Nexis and Google searches• Gather customer and transaction information from branches and other internal client areas, research information and identify potential issues and report results to other internal areas or law enforcement agencies for further investigation• Research and verify customer information and transaction details to evaluate if activity is commensurate with the nature of the account and information provided through public resources• Recognize and evaluate high-risk accounts and transactions including wires, ATM's, foreign, international, debit card, etc.

• Oversee and monitor policies and procedures for the general operation of the compliance program within Citigroup’s world wide securities division to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct • Develop and participate in a multifaceted educational and training programs that focuses on the elements of the compliance program, and seek to ensure that all appropriate employees and management are knowledgeable of, and comply with, government financial regulations (Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, etc)• Coordinate internal compliance review and monitoring activities, including periodic reviews of departments for purposes relating to internal and external audits; Liaise with department and other agencies to ensure audits are successful • Collaborates with other departments (e.g., Risk Management, Internal Audit, Employee Services, etc.) to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution• Review KYC profile information to assure that it meets current standards of Citigroup’s International Trading Policies
