My leadership philosophy starts and ends with people. As a GM/P&L leader of manufacturing businesses, I know that success comes by having the right people on the team and then providing them with the tools and help they need to be successful as a team. I see 8020 and Lean Manufacturing as critical assets and can deploy these to help individuals simplify their work, problem solve and then deliver. Training, feedback, and coaching are important in my development and in the growth and development of others. I have an open, collaborative style and am known for being genuine and approachable. I can successfully develop strategies for the long-term growth of businesses while also delivering on short-term objectives. I'm skilled at leading cross-functional teams, built on a background in NPD, engineering, sales, and operations.
