Leader and hiring manager for a team of 18-20 sales (inside/outside) and customer service staff. Created a top-line sales budget producing goals and a drive internally also created the company wide budget. Provided annual, daily, monthly and quarterly analysis. Assisted with marketing creating Toolmarket.com and working with vendors for product offerings and go-to-market implementation. Represented the company at trade shows and other national events. Directly called on national accounts. Played a major role in department procedure to increase efficiency. With a tremendous effort from our team we successfully planned and relocated to a space 3 times larger to poise for future growth and eventual multi-location. Co-lead the integration of a 3rd party for ground shipping saving the company upwards of 10% annually on one of the largest expenses. Planned an annual company trade show for distributors. The first produced a quarter of an average months sales the last in 2016 produced 4x more and doubled the size of attendance. I always encourage the best use of available technology. From 2006 to 2015 I played a considerable part in leading Neu Tool to near 70% growth. As a marketing and sales function I also created and then assisted managing social networking outlets like Facebook, twitter and LinkedIn.

I planned and assisted with all IT functions, appointed and directed a major IT firm to manage our systems, provided on and offsite support and reviewed all communications contracts. I served as administrator to all systems, provided basic workstation and network setup and assigned and monitored VPN and user activity. In 2006 I was able to provide employees with PCs and replace the green screens.There are several notable tasks that I performed including the invention of ToolMarket.com the companies first and only eComm BTB solution. The site alone drove more that 4 million in revenue. It was a major asset to the sales team. From the integration of our ground shipping systems to the implementation of office 365 I had a very hands on experience leading the company to the latest greatest. In addition I had full knowledge of the companies internal enterprise system. It had not been updated for several years before I began with it. By performing updates and exploring further functions I saved thousands of dollars by increasing efficiency.

I lead the inside sales team towards goals for the first time. Goals let to growth. In addition, organized the support from customer service. This included claims handling, inbound calls, returns and general service to our customers. I encouraged a proactive attitude.

I cleaned up an unorganized process. While in the returns department I grasped the knowledge of what it took to service our customers. I started working with the customer service group to answer phones and take orders as well as answering general questions and concerns.
