• 2014 Youth Olympic Games Fiji Team Administrator for 2014 Nanjing Youth Olympic Games. This role included:o Management of team accreditation, visas, insurance, uniforms.o Facilitation of all logistical arrangements.o Co-ordination of national and regional media coverage through traditional and social media outlets.o Development of the Fiji Team’s social media presence.• Developed and initiated child protection policy within FASANOC and national sporting bodies.• Developed and initiated the first annual Sports Fair, run in conjunction with the Olympic Day Run. to bring together the National Federations of FASANOC, create awareness and provide a platform to bring more youth into sports.• Co-ordination of the annual Olympic Day Run one of FASANOC’s platforms for engaging young people to participate in sports and recreation.• Other roles included event management, communications and media and fundraising, aide for Chef de Mission for Glasgow Commonwealth Games, co-ordination of strategic planning workshops, press releases and fund raisers.

• Co-ordinator for all school and tour groups visiting The Remarkables Ski Field.• Product development to suit the target market.• Worked with management to develop better systems and processes in line with feedback received.• Responsible for all group communication and organisation from first point of contact through to gathering feedback post visit.
