Have worked some form of front-line or tier-1 supervisory role in customer service or sales since College. I excel in positions that inspire coworkers or customers to develop or share and then improve their personal stories. I have also shown a real capacity for efficient, effective handling of everyday tasks of any job, both out of a desire for excellence and a desire to get on to and stay on more personal and interesting topics. Most open to office style work in either customer support or ethical, customer-needs focused, sales. I have shown a proficiency in everything from routing medical transportation in the fastest, safest, and most cost-effective means possible (Logisticare) to helping a customer solve an immediate problem for their business technical problem (Grainger) to selling more impulse-driven customers while looking out for both the bottom line and the customer's well being, even if that hurt my stats (Triton Technologies).
