Mr. Nourse has worked to improve economic opportunities for marginalized populations in developing country and post-conflict contexts for the last twenty years. He has designed and implemented youth development projects that increase young people's ability to start and grow businesses, or find and retain meaningful work; led successful financial inclusion programs for underserved clients such as youth, women, refugees and migrants with NGOs, credit unions, banks, and finance companies through product refinements, digital identity development and operational improvements; and developed integrated enterprise and financial services programs for a range of marginalized groups. He has worked in Senegal, Egypt, Morocco, Jamaica, Philippines, Uganda, Jordan, Turkey, Bulgaria, and Croatia as well as countries affected by conflict such as Sierra Leone, Liberia, Sudan, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Guinea, Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq, and the West Bank and Gaza.
