SAIL Innovation Lab is a tech-focused hub in Ikorodu, Lagos, aimed at empowering young people with cutting-edge skills in various fields, including data science, software development, and digital marketing. Founded through a partnership between SAIL Empowerment Foundation and Co-Creation Hub Nigeria (CcHUB), SAIL provides free, intensive training programs to help bridge the skills gap in Nigeria's workforce. These programs are designed to equip participants with the practical knowledge needed to thrive in today's technology-driven world.As an Executive Assistant to the Chief Impact Officer at SAIL Innovation Lab, my role involves supporting the execution of the lab's strategic initiatives and ensuring that the impact of its programs is maximized. This includes coordinating with various partners, managing communications, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring that the training programs are effectively delivered to participants. My contributions help sustain the lab's mission of driving economic prosperity and innovation within Nigeria and beyond​.
