Tim joined Aedas in 2004, which at the time was one of the largest architectural practices in the world, where he gained experience in a wide range of Education sector projects. During this time Tim became a chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and a chartered member of the UK Architects Registration Board. 
In 2006, Tim relocated to Kazakhstan where he established himself as the driving force in the growth of Aedas and AHR in the CIS region, and played a strong role in developing work in the Commercial, Residential, Oil & Gas, Education, Hospitality and Retail sectors.
As Founder of ADV and Director responsible for all company projects in the region, Tim has worked in all major cities in Kazakhstan, and more recently in Uzbekistan, on projects ranging in scale from small interior design schemes up to 500Ha masterplans, and has been responsible for the design of over 100 projects and 15,000,000 m2 of built area.Tim is also a LEED Green Associate, General Director of Atomik Architecture Kz and Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce in Kazakhstan.
