Fight 4JC is a non-profit created to give back to local communities with a focus on youth. Proceeds form sales of Fight 4JC Branded apparel, fighting gear, dietary supplements, and nutritional products go towards funding programs to work with bully victims, low income family's children, foster kids, and youth in the Juvenile Probation system. Programs will help youth develop and strengthen discipline, hard work ethic, respect, and nurture a never give up mentality. All programs will be fitness based and include, but are not limited to, Martial arts, rock climbing, lifting, strength and conditioning, break dancing, and track and field.

I supervised the construction of more than 30 homes. Started from getting plans and applying for permits to getting estimates for alltrades associated with the construction of residential structures. As the project continues I assisted in some design and practically all quality control. All inspections and visits by city officials were handled by me. As the projects come to an end I would also meet with potential buyers service them in any way possible. I would also handle year warranties. Exceptional Homes by Andre also had rental properties that I would maintainfrom time to time.

As an IBO I had a website from which I was able to have access to millions of products and services. We had everything from car rentals to pasta, you name it we had it. I would expand my client base starting with friends and family and then moving on to everyday people you encounter. Most important responsibility was to create and manage customer accounts. I personalized each and every transaction and made sure whatever my clients were looking for it would end up at there fingertips and delivered to there door step. Marketing and promotion campaigns were constantly being put together to attract people to become clients. This business also allowed me to gain experience in event coordination. Largest of which had an exotic car display, local graffiti artist collections, and a metal artist displaying massive contemporary art pieces. The whole event had a very heavy industrial/urban backdrop in a 1940's warehouse near Montgomery Park. Intense education in sales and marketing from mentors that were already making 6 figure salaries from similar businesses.
