This tool remains the allocation standard today.• Create an Excel-based ordering tool and process to replace the green-bar report and manual calculation process. This fully-automated Excel-based tool extracts data from the host system, analyzes trends, allows users to select key settings, and then calculates optimal order points and generates suggested orders for upload back into the host system as a PO. This tool grew to become the standard method Vendor to DC replenishment for the Company.• Develop and deploy training materials to all members of the team as well as host transition sessions with the Merchant/Buyers and Divisional Merchandise Managers to gain support for the new process.
