GLFT offered more PU solutions under one roof than any known competition. This diversity in product gave me vast experience in the various markets as well as valuable knowledge of diverse product lines ranging from elastomerics, integral skins, Viscoelastics to HR foams. Growing the business required taking ownership of many responsibilities including, financial oversight, operations management engineering, sales, customer service, hr, purchasing, quality and maintenance in the first hand.
