Alex Fraser is a part of Hanson Australia and Heidelberg Cement Group witch is the global leader in aggregate production.Managing Archerfield Concrete Recycling Plant located in Brisbane, QLD. Manager of the site, overseeing safety, production, customer service, technical, site traffic management. This includes control of all personnel on the plant site (employees, contractors, suppliers, visitors and tipper drivers), plant performance, maintenance, costs and budget planning.

Developing management and leadership skills whilst gaining an understanding of the inner workings of the quarrying and concrete industry.

Responsible for providing immediate technical advice, engineering design and detailed reports for the client. Assisted the Project Manager with project planning, project and cost tracking. Completed the project from the tender stage, to project planning and execution. Worked hands-on with the the trades personnel for the duration of the project.

Responsibilities included developing the methodology and pricing for multi-million dollar mechanical, structural and engineering design & construction projects within a tender team. Participated in business development for a new branch of an existing ASX listed contractor. Succeeded in managing successful bids for multi-million dollar contracts.
